Terms of Service
Effective Date: March 1, 2025
1. Services Provided
Bailey’s Perfect Cut Lawn & Landscape (“BPC”) provides professional lawn care and landscaping services, including but not limited to mowing, edging, trimming, leaf removal, mulching, and general lawn maintenance. Additional services may be performed as agreed upon between BPC and the customer.
2. Scheduling & Appointments
All services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) will be scheduled accordingly. BPC reserves the right to adjust scheduling as needed due to operational demands.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, PayPal, and ACH. Certain electronic payment methods may incur additional processing fees depending on the platform used. Late payments will incur a fee of $5 per day beginning 10 days after the service date unless prior arrangements have been made. Returned checks will incur a $35 fee.
4. Lawn Conditions & Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure the lawn is clear of debris, toys, furniture, pet waste, and any obstructions prior to service. If the property is not properly prepared, BPC may reschedule the service at the customer’s expense or perform limited service excluding obstructed areas. Lawns with excessive overgrowth (grass over 7 inches) may incur additional fees.
5. Weather & Service Delays
Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions, including heavy rain, storms, or extreme heat. BPC will notify customers and provide the next available service date.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a service. Cancellations made within 8 hours of the scheduled service may incur a $5 cancellation fee. Repeated cancellations may result in termination of services.
7. Property Damage & Liability
BPC is not responsible for damage to sprinkler systems, invisible fences, underground utilities, or any hidden or unmarked objects unless disclosed prior to service. Any claims of damage due to BPC negligence must be reported within 24 hours of service. Customers are responsible for securing pets, children, and personal property during service.
8. Service Guarantee & Complaints
Customers must report any dissatisfaction within 24 hours of service. BPC will make reasonable efforts to correct any valid service-related concerns.
9. Termination of Service
BPC reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time, including but not limited to non-payment, unsafe or hazardous conditions, or repeated cancellations or scheduling conflicts.
10. Changes to Terms of Service
BPC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
Agreement
By hiring Bailey’s Perfect Cut Lawn & Landscape, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service.

Interpretation & Definitions
Capitalized terms have the meanings defined below and apply whether used in singular or plural form.
Company refers to Bailey’s Perfect Cut LLC, 138 E Peeler Ave Ste. 277 #1036, Shaw, MS 38773.
Country refers to Mississippi, United States.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Bailey’s Perfect Cut (www.baileysperfectcut.com).
You refers to the individual or entity using the Service.
Account means a user account created to access the Service.
Device means any device used to access the Service such as a phone, computer, or tablet.
Affiliate means any entity under common ownership or control (50% or more).

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services or $100 if no purchase was made. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages where permitted by law.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mississippi, United States.
Dispute Resolution
You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting us directly.
Compliance
You confirm you are not restricted under U.S. laws or sanctions.
Severability & Waiver
If any part of these Terms is invalid, the remaining terms will still apply. Failure to enforce any part does not waive our rights.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
